Francesca Pandolfe-Johnston hails from Hartford, Ct. and had been with Coldwell Banker in Boca Raton and Boynton Beach, Florida for over 13 years and is now with Coldwell Banker Devonshire, Daytona Beach Shores.  Francesca and her husband, Bob, a retired American Airlines Captain, enjoy their new lifestyle at Spruce Creek Fly-In, Port Orange.

Francesca is a graduate of Endicott College, Beverly, Ma., and the French Culinary Institute, New York City. She also attended several European culinary schools and is well known for her scrumptious spreads found at her Broker’s Open Houses. (Check out her recipes here)  Francesca has always been involved in her community as a member of the Florida Aero Club, Civil Air Patrol and J. F. Kennedy Hospital in Palm Beach County.

As a resident of Spruce Creek Fly-In, Francesca is chairwoman of the “ LUNCH BUNCH”, and has been a choral member in the Fly-In Christmas Concert.  She has also become very active in the DAYTONA MUSEUM OF ARTS AND SCIENCE.  She is the 2009 chairwoman of the food committee working with restaurants who will donate food for the annual Christmas Tree Gala. Francesca loves helping people and is passionate about “giving back” to the community.

Francesca specializes in marketing single-family homes and condominiums (luxury and moderately priced) in Port Orange, Daytona Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach, Venetian Bay and Ormond Beach.  She shows great attention to detail and exceptional customer care.

She has earned the designation of International President’s Elite and is a Coldwell Banker Previews and Relocation Specialist.
